They had us travel over an hour to their location only to tell us they cant find the vehicle we are looking to pick up and asked if we could reschedule it. So we came the next day and they kept placing our calls on hold and hanging up on us until after 4 oclock when they were already closed and told us they couldnt do anything for us because they are now closed. very horrible and unprofessional business practices, and should not have a contract with the police department for Towing.

I was given multiple different prices over the same thing with no changes to it. When I brought my mom to her car after a major accident they had her literally climbing over crushed vehicles to get to her car as somehow it was in the back of the lot. They leave zero path for people to get to their cars. It's a safety hazard literally climbing over hoods of vehicles. When I called them to complain about these things I was first told "it is what it is" and then "we aren't a valet." I do not think it's a ridiculous request to want atleast a small path to your car. We barely could get the plates off because the cars were places so close together. When speaking about pricing we were told $145, $155, and $185. 3 very different prices all for the same thing. Trying to take advantage of someone who is still distraught over an accident. When I called to ask why it became $185 the secretary rolled it off and blamed a new employee for miscalculating and ignored explaining the $155 we were also told. I am convinced that the only reason this place is still in business is because when people are in major accidents they don't know who to call and alot of the times do not have a say in who comes.
