      On February 27, 2024 I placed an order for a golden Greek tortoise and paid $499. I did not receive him when the website promised, and he arrived cold with his eyes swollen shut. I took care of him exactly as described with no improvement. Five days after his arrival, I messaged them with exact parameters and a photo of his enclosure. I said I was a vet and I was treating him as much as possible. He never improved even with antibiotics and died on day 11. They now blame me not taking care of him when they could find nothing wrong with anything I did. They sent me a sick tortoise. They did not fulfill their promise on the website. If I had not treated him, Im sure he wouldve died within their seven day guarantee. They offered me a 30% discount on another tortoise. I find this completely unacceptable when he never exhibited normal behavior in his short 11 day life.

      NOV .11, 2023 I ORDERED A BLACK LIONFISH THE COMPANY SENT ME EMAIL CONFERMING IT WAS TO BE BETWEEN 4-5 IN LARGE. WHEN I GOT THIS IT WAS A RED LIONFISH AND ABOUT 3 IN I CONTACTED OWNER AND HE STATED HE WILL TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM WHEN HE GOT BACK IN SHOP ON MONDAY THE 20TH OF NOV. NEVER GOT ANY CALLS IN THE MEAN TIME THE LION FISH DIED AND IT WAS TO HAVE A 7 DAY GUARANTEE NOW THY ARE NOT RESPONDING. I WILL GO TO FED. TRADE COMM.

      Ordered a Blue Spotted Puffer fish on 8/4/22 with the understanding from the website that it would be shipped over night.Still have not received it.Have called their number and left messages twice.Their recording states that they will call back within 1 business day.
