    I've never left a negative review but after 4 months worth of attempts to be refunded my $8,000 deposit, to no avail - I've been left with no choice. The owner, *****************************, signed a contract with me to do a railing project in ************ and a few weeks later we needed to cancel the project. Right in his contract it says that for any contracts that are cancelled, there will be a 20% restocking fee, which I completely undestand. However, he has failed to refund ANY of the deposit amount. I've stopped in the office in person with proof of our deposit, signed contract, and I'm usually told that he is in a Zoom meeting. Come on ****, do the right thing already - how do you operate a business like this? How do you sleep at night? Call me... thanks? I guess?

    Our company was contracted by the gentleman's company to have us supply and install custom made railing. Since signing the contract and having ordered the materials the gentleman has since been fired from the Project by the homeowner and requested a refund for his deposit. Due to the railing being custom made Railing ordered specifically for this project we are unable to approve his request for a refund due to the materials being ordered and in our warehouse. We are willing to work with the customer and his customers and he is more than welcome to pick up the materials that he ordered, however a refund for his deposit is not feasible since the (CUSTOM MADE RAILING) that he ordered, has already been ordered and delivered to our company and it cannot be returned to the manufacturer. CUSTOM ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE 20% RESTOCKING CANCELATION/RESTOCKING FEE.
