    My car was towed to dealership with 1 flat tire and I received my car back with passenger restraint system malfunction lights on 4 days later. ************************************* and mechanic ********************* thought this horrible ordeal was funny. The mechanic lied in my face and said those lights were on when he got in car.Other services were performed per dealership besides my only initial request for 1 tire.

    Stuck in neutral. Background: In September 2022, BMW of Atlantic City (AC) repaired the Turbo on my 428 GC. On December 7, 2022, while driving on the **** the Oil Pressure Indicator came on. Called *********. Told me to have the car towed. Car was towed to ********** in ********* ** as it was closest *************** determined it was the ********* return line leaking due to loose hardware. Resolution: I have asked ********* to reimburse me the cost of repair to the vehicle, along with car rental and gas due to faulty workmanship. ********* claims ********** should have contacted them before repair was made. Why? For the last several months I've been stuck in the middle between two dealers and out hundreds of dollars. As of February 11, 2023 reimbursement has not been made for what is clearly a problem caused by faulty workmanship on the part of *********. One would think that good customer relations is important. Evidently not. The BBB "F" is warranted.
