    I won an air cleaner from this company and they delivered it. They also brought a Rainbow vacuum with them. The demonstrator said if we are approved one will be shipped to us brand new in the box. So my ************** ***************************** put it in her name. The next day they called and said your approved and he came back with a vacuum. You could clearly see it has been used. He said he used it in our home I mentioned the white rug thread that was in it he said yes I used it on the white rug. We dont have white rugs ours are cram and short this was a long white thread. So this meant he was bringing these vacuums to each house testing it and if approved he leaves that vacuum. Its not new. We are paying $2500.00 for a brand new rainbow vacuum not the tester they been carting around. When he left the vacuum the next day we messaged him this vacuum was making noises. His boss said send us a video and we did then he said use it over the weekend if the noise doesnt go away well replace it. He then never responded. When they did it was Well the vacuum is just getting used to your house. Excuse me that makes no sense. We have told them over and over to give us a brand new one in an unopened box and then it was well well come get it and fix it. No this clearly has something wrong with it and wed like a new one in an unopened box. Why cant we get a new one when we told you the used one you left us with was making noises. Even their worker ******** confirmed she had another one she product tested that made a funny noise. Outcome:We would like a brand new one UNOPENED shipped to us. For $2500 we deserve a brand new one not a tester. Once we receive it they can come pick this one up. And No we cant ship it because the guy who brought it to us took the box.Our first payment is March 28,2024.

    I have been in communication with ***************************** (the purchaser). My phone is always available. Me being accused of not responding is 100% false. I made her aware that her machine is under warranty (even thought we believe there is no issue)... and if she would like for us to take a second look at it, we have no problem doing so. She even said "thank you" and asked for my address so we could make everything right. Since that interaction, i have heard nothing at all from her and she has yet to bring her machine to *****************. By the way, the service center is open Mon-Fri from 10am to 5pm. We are here to help.
