    Id like to leave a 0 - these guys are wildly unethical and likely criminals. We dropped off our 3 month old GMC Acadia Denali and returned after 10 days to damage/scrapes to the rear left bumper. When I broached with the manager, he sheepishly said he marked it down on this paper card when we arrived as proof that the damage was already there. The reviews on their website showed 4.9 out of 5. After reading the ****** reviews, I realized this is a scheme they play - if they damage your car, they just fill out the card before you pick up your car and mark an X for pre-existing damage. Absolutely infuriating - do not use if you do not want damage and if you do, take a video of your car when you drop it off so you can have proof that they did the damage.

    We called when we got our baggage and they were there before we got out. Our car was ready for us when we arrived in the parking lot. What was bad is that there were 3 scrapes on my car on along the drivers side. Also there was massive bird poops on the rear window dripping down to the bumper with feathers in it. It was hard to see out of it and my window fluid wouldnt get rid of it. It seemed like a bird was sitting on my car the whole time. I understand its an out door parking lot and things like that happen, but I would think they would have wiped it off considering how large it was. I called the next morning because we picked up my car late at night and didnt see the scrapes, they told me there is nothing they can do about it and was very dismissive. Then told me he would call me back and never did. I took photographs of my car and the condition it was in. Do not go here.

    I have been using this place for years and I never had an issue. I even referred numerous people. But on my way back from a trip on Sept ****************************************************************************************************** the day. The whole passenger side(seat, floor mat and the some parts of the door panel was discolored) was soaked. I spoke to **** the desk employee on duty at the time highly ****** and he told me to call the supv(***) the following day. The next day *** told me he didn't see the pix yet but he would call me back. A week passed then I call back on the 19th. *** told me he was waiting to talk to the owner that was suppose to return on the 21st. Never heard from them since. I wasn't even looking for damages. Just wanted an apology and alittle compensation for the inconvenience. I am SOOO disappointed in this place since I gave this business alot of respect. I gave them the chance to do the right thing and make amends but they dropped the ball on a loyal customer! I will not be bringing my veh here again. Thanks for doing the right thing!
