    This is for the site ********************************** airport on Nov. 18 2024. First, there was price gouging. We had to move our flight back 12 hours to the next day. I contacted the facility from the email number and told them that we were extending. They said no problem and I thought it was handled. However, upon arrival, i was told it would be $30, but maybe $20, according to their attendant. I asked why it costs as much for 1 day as rhe entire four. He said I had to extend it online through the 3rd party company that I went through before, but that it was too late now. I was not told I had to go on and extend when I called to extend our time the day before. I again asked why, but he started to get angry. As i prepared to pay, my boyfriend went to take our luggage to his car. Second, before I finished with the attendant, my boyfriend came back in and said his car had been damaged in the front and back end. It was cosmetic, but it looks like it would be ateast $1000 to fix. He left us and we went back to the car to document damage and call to make complaints. After 30 minutes or so he came over again and we showed the actual damage. He again denied it but said he had cameras. I said we were going to call the police to file a report foe the insurance as well as the BBB. He said if we call the police he would not show us the footage. I said so you will destroy it? Then he said he had other customers (as if we weren't) to deal with. Because we had to be at work, we ended up paying them their "******"money in cash just to get the keys. At an initial glance it appears that APEX parking doesn't have a customer service number to report this to.
