  Very sketchy place and charged $245 to recover my vehicle after being told over the phone and with text confirmation that they would be $0 fees. I paid in cash as requested and it still took awhile to get my vehicle which was way dirtier than before.No one was in a rush to help me even though I was required to make an appointment.

  The vehicle in question was recovered by our repossession agency on 08/06/2024. On 08/09/24, *************** called our office to arrange to pick up the personal property in her vehicle. Our office manager told her that there were no charges for her to pick up her personal property based on the release, for personal property, that we received from the lending institution. Later that day we received a revised release from our client instructing us to release the vehicle and collect the storage and admin charges from her. *************** failed to call our office to inform us that she was picking up her vehicle. When she arrived we explained to her that the revised release was sent to us and that she had failed to call to get the new charges. Regardless, the vehicle was released, upon payment and the vehicle was inspected by her. All of our releases were signed without a notation that her vehicle was dirty. Our staff takes pictures when the vehicle arrives at our facility and once again when it leaves our facility. The vehicle was returned in the same condition that it was recovered.

  This company is unprofessional. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, there were two male underwear's, male socks, a male hoodie, and sheets in my car which looked like someone had been sleeping in and using my car without my consent. After speaking with the supervisor, he did nothing to resolve the matter and just made mention that the male who had been in the car has been let go but didn't specify why. All of these items were near my child's car seat which made it even worse. Once again, they are extremely unprofessional.

  Please note that this vehicle was recovered by our agency on 07/25/24 without keys. It was towed to our facility and processed with pictures and a full condition report. Also note that our company has been in business for 34 years and utilizes security cameras that record 24/7. The customer arrived to reinstate her vehicle on 07/29/24. The vehicle was transported to the front of our yard to get it ready for pickup. On the same day we had several other releases for vehicles and personal property that other customers were recovering. There was a bag of clothing that was mistakingly placed on her backseat when our yard personnel noticed he removed the property. At no time was anyone sleeping in her car or utilizing her car in any way. This was explained to the customer. As per our manager who handled this situation, at no time was there mention of having anyone let go. This was a human mistake that was resolved immediately. The vehicle was returned to the customer in the same condition that it was recovered. Besides a condition report, the company completes an itemized inventory of all personal effects in the vehicle and takes photos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle when the vehicle arrives at our facility and upon leaving our facility. All documents were signed and the vehicle was released in the same condition that it was recovered.
