    I went to the subway on September 5th ************************************************************************************************************** the mail for Subway we walked in and we saw a sign that said only certain sandwiches were included on the coupon so I walked outside to get my mother's order unbeknownst to me the worker ******* or **** began making an order that was not included on the coupon upon walking in I notified my brother that my mother wanted a sandwich that was included on the coupon the worker ******* or **** then began to tell me they could not serve me because they made a mistake with their order with the order they proceeded to ignore me and served two other guests in behind of ***** Tuesday the customers were even concerned because the worker was being so rude and ignoring me they all even offered to place my order on behalf of me because the worker refused to search me I then waited for approximately ********************************************************** the front there was nobody there to make sandwiches we recorded the entire incident we asked for a manager's number and none was given we were only supplied with her name which was ***** also this company has a health concern apparently they have a worker that spits in the food not sure if maybe I'll want to get OSHA because that is not correct ah they claim they couldn't serve me because of a policy they had was never able to show me the policy inclusively I asked can I see the policy on it and they told me it's not a policy it's just something that happened I just want to know how Subways workers can refuse a service for something that they messed up and then continue to be rude and serve other people ultimately supposedly the manager was called after 45 minutes and then we were told that we could be served that it wasn't a problem so why did it take 45 minutes two bystanders and three people to make five sandwiches. Come on subway do better.
