    On March 20, 2025, I took my car to a business to check the alignment. Unfortunately, they did not align it correctly, which caused the wheel to turn the wrong way while I was driving, endangering my life on the road. I didn’t have enough time to schedule an appointment at the dealership, and instead of being transparent about their inability to work on my type of car, they charged me $100 for poor service.

    I returned the same day, March 29, at 4:30 PM, to address the issue, but they refused to help me because they said they were closing at 5 PM. It felt like they were putting their schedule ahead of my safety. I went back another day, but they couldn't fix it again; a staff member yelled that she was leaving at 6 PM.

    On April 1st, I returned at 5:30 PM, and they still didn't resolve the problem. I was told to come back again. I can't continue wasting time and gas making repeated trips to a place that hasn’t fixed my car properly before.

    Eventually, I took my car to the Acura dealership in Springfield, where they confirmed that the car did indeed need an alignment. I have a receipt from them detailing the work performed. In contrast, the Wheel Alignment Specialist in Elizabeth charged me $100 cash and did not provide a receipt.

    I cannot trust a business that puts people's lives in danger. This establishment should be inspected. How are they allowed to operate without accountability for ensuring the safety of those who drive their vehicles?
