    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Mayos Plumbing, whose work on my property has been unprofessional, substandard, and has caused significant financial loss and ongoing issues. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these matters, the contractor has been unresponsive, further aggravating the situation.Background:Incorrect Recommendations:Mayos Plumbing recommended the purchase of specific heating and cooling units for my building, costing me over $60,000. These units were later determined to be the wrong type for the building's requirements.Faulty Installation:Despite the incorrect units, Mayos Plumbing proceeded with installation without notifying me of the issue or suggesting an alternative.The installation was performed poorly, with multiple holes made in the building faade to run drain lines. These drain lines are now dripping water around the building, causing property damage.Some return air vents were improperly covered with drywall, further impeding the system's function.System Performance Issues:The HVAC units are not functioning as intended. My tenants have frequently complained about inadequate heating in their apartments.The systems continue to fail, leaving the property with unresolved heating and cooling issues.Unresponsiveness and Additional Costs:Every time I contact Mayos Plumbing to address the issues, the contractor does not respond personally. Instead, he sends other companies to perform repairs, who then charge me for fixing his mistakes.The contractor has now blocked me on his phone, leaving me unable to communicate with him directly to address the ongoing problems.Lack of Documentation and Warranty:I have not received a proper receipt or warranty for the work performed, which has left me with no documentation for accountability or future claims.
