      I do not want circulars/adds/pennysaver delivered to my house(******************************************). I filed a complaint 2 or 3 years ago (complaint #********) and it stopped being delivered. Now the issue is reoccuring - most recently the adds/circulars was left at my front door today, Wednesday 05/14/25.Please remove my address from the distribution list.

      This address is listed for DND and I have photo verification of non-delivery from the distributor for last week; however, I see on 5/21/25 the photo shows our package.  I apologize for the error and will address this with our distribution department in ********. - JLK

      Since January they have been tresspassing on my property to leave circulars. I have been calling and requesting multiple times to stop the delivery.

      circular / ***** saver adds are being left by my front door (# on plastic is **************).i filed a complaint a few years back and now the circulars are being delivered again.I do not want any circulars/adds/pamphlets delivered to my address.

      We will make this address a VIP Stop and take weekly photo verification of non-delivery.  We do have this listed as a DND and photos of non-delivery back in 2022; however, a new distributor did not follow the instructions.  I hope this resolves the matter. - ***

      I have called the ************ at least 10x to be removed from the circular delivery but it keeps coming every thursday. I want to be removed. I think the company is called CBA located in **.

      Our records indicate the resident has called our 800-number five times and requested stop delivery.  This has been relayed to the delivery company and our field inspection.  We will do our best to ensure non-delivery and have requested photo verification from distributor.  Unfortunately, sometimes new distributors go out on routes and miss the stop request.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

      I have called this circular distribution company to stop the delivery 3 times and gave them two warnings. But they still keep delivering their plastic trash coupon bags to my address. They should do an investigation on their delivery man!!!! I will call police to do the investigation if they deliver it again!!! So sick of these trash bag in my private property. They should hire someone to clean my yard!!!!!!

      When you try to call to cancel, nobody ever answers the phone and after about an hour you can leave a message but nobody ever calls back and they do not cancel the delivery of the flyers.

      This is my 3rd complaint about continued delivery of unwanted circulars. Despite the photos that the business owner sends I still find circulars in front of my home on Fridays. Picture from 7/8/22 is attached to this complaint. Perhaps your drivers take the photos and then throw the circulars in the driveway? The next time this happens I will file a formal complaint in court as I am sick of coming home to trash that I dont need and didnt request. I am also going to write to the local businesses that use your service for advertising and inform them that your company does not respect the preferences of their customers and that this type of advertising is a nuisance as well as wasteful as the paper just ends ** in the trash. I find it unfortunate that I need to go to such lengths to get this to stop but it is increasingly frustrating to come home to the same problem repeatedly.

      We have weeks of photos from our distributor NOT delivering to this address.  The distributor would not waste his time taking a photo, and THEN delivering a package.  Perhaps it is the bags of the neighbors?  In any case, I have stopped delivery to the neighbors, as well.  If they call and complain about not receiving the package, we will resume.  This is the final attempt to satisfy this resident.  All evidence we have shows we are NOT delivering to the garage door of this resident.
