    Straight scam, DO NOT get involved with these people. They will take your money and do none of the services that they say they will provide. Not only that, but they will sign you up for additional services with a monthly cost without your approval, draining your account. Even better, when you call them to get an explanation as to why this is happening, they will get aggressive with you, start yelling and talking over you, calling you stupid for not knowing what is going on. When brining up the fact that have such a terrible business rating, their only response it that "It isn't ethical to post positive reviews". All of these other reviews all state the same thing, cannot be a coincidence.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. ***** is the absolute worst customer service representative Ive ever spoken to. She lies repeatedly about services that ****** delivered and she talks over you and has the most condescending tone Ive ever heard. She should be out of a job

    This company is not what they say they are! They sold me in the beginning saying they would promote my business and have me listed on all of the search engines as a top result, but never provided any evidence that this was done in the 1.5 months I was waiting. During this time I had reached out multiple times, to no avail. They have charged me over $1000 without any communication or results. It's difficult to get in touch with someone who can give you actual answers about your account and when I call and speak to someone, they're unkind and do not provide any solutions. They're unhelpful and deflect my direct questions. I've had two appointments set with my "account manager" in the past month and that person never showed up to either of the meetings nor did they communicate that they weren't coming or why, just left me sitting and waiting. They have no problem saying they offer a service, taking your money, and then not holding up their end of the bargain. This is a complete scam, don't fall for it!

    This review is inaccurate. We had a 20-minute conversation with this customer on June 4th, during which we addressed all of her concerns and provided a comprehensive overview of our platform and services. There have been multiple instances where we attempted to reach the customer, but she was unavailable and subsequently expressed frustration upon reaching our answering service. We categorically deny any allegations of deflection or unkindness. Given our recent interaction on June 4th, we are perplexed by this review.

    A complete scam! I cant believe I wasted my money for a service that doesnt exist. They were extremely pushy! I want my money back, but of course they wont give it to me.

    One of the worse companies ****** couldve used. High pressure sales, the guy basically called me an idiot for not giving them any money. Ive heard over 6 different answers from different people, customer service reps dont know how to do their job, try to be sales rep and give misinformation consistently. The amount of loopholes you have to go through with them is ridiculous. Consistently having to wait ***** hours or sometimes its ***** depending on who you talk to. It also could only be two hours depending on who you talk to. Also, they will try to tell you that you cant use ****** without paying, thats the high pressure sales. You cant say no without feeling stupid. I hope they have the recoding of the guy basically HARASSING ME to pay for service. They probably dont hold your account hostage for basically two weeks if you pay the outrageous 1800. Its so far been almost three weeks of basically fighting with straight marketing because no one there is trained to answer the correct questions. They tell you that ****** is difficult when in reality its them. Im sure large companies benefit from this brand which is why they are able to act the way they do. Places that have a solid flow of money in dont care about the mom and pop shops that need to survive in a world where corporations take over. One of the worse experiences Ive ever had. Extremely upset that Im basically forced into being a customer. Really upsetting. Hopefully it changes soon.

    THEY SCAMMED MY HUSBAND and his real estate career. Took money and said they were running ****** ads and when I asked for the ****** profile to be transferred to me and started looking into it they deleted his profile!!! HOW COULD THEY!!! This is his business. He had reviews and is now starting over.HOW IS THEIR PAGE STILL UP!!!!! How can they still be doing this to people!!!!!!!We will be looking further into them and if anyone would like to press charges.... please come join us.
