    I saw this New eye doctor Strauss eith high hopes this Office will Meet my needs. When I needed refill of my medication Xiidra. They werent helpful at all. 3 months into this still no meds. My Insurance faxed them the form in Oct, Nov, early Dec. First you cannot get an Office person, you wait for 20 mins no one picks up. I got a hold if them 1x after waiting for 30 mins after numerous uhsuccessful attempts. And then they will tell you theyll send it in. I finally had to go to the Office last week, which is inheard of, and demanded to speak to the Office manager. Got her and admitted Theyve had complaints about their phones but cant do anything about it. So I brought up my issue re: no medicine for 3 months. A technician helped , got a hold of my insurance Company and they faxed the form and confirmed it was received. Still this week no medication. Called the Insurance Co amd was told they received the fax but asking for medical records that the medicine was effective but never received a reply. I called yesterday and asked the call center Matthew to Connect me to the Office and said he cant. He sent an email to the Office of my frustrations. To date no call from the Office. This Office is So poorly run that it can endanger someones Health. How can you let a patient have no medication for 3 months??? I want the Group practice/Office to take care of their patients by answering phones and medication follow through. The doctor doesnt really get involved which is very sad. They took an oath to take care of patients and not delivering. The entire practice is negligent.
