      place of business has no way to make a payment. After bringing this up to them I felt as if I was talking to children. Threaten my credit score speaking to someone in the most condencedning tone all to just get my payment resolved. This isn't a legit business it sounds like two kids running this out of there home in an attempt to scam someone. They bought the debt and lack the resources to even properly accept payments other than via check or money order. The year is 2023 where tech is so far advance I can type this at my fringer tips instead of a computer.

      Thank you very much for your feedback. As you know, after contacting the medical provider that placed you into collections (albeit erroneously), the account was closed out and removed from collections.

      We will look into resolving the issues with our online payment methods, so that in the future, people will be able to make payments with their fingertips.
