  Full Auto Airsoft Inc and Full Auto Airsoft Arena are one and the same. Full Auto Airsoft Arena in ******************** lies to employees and does NOT adequately pay or submit employee information for the purposes of social security, benefits, etc. At the beginning of the employment process they offer employees the option between being on the books and be paid, for example, 16 dollars, or off the books and being paid 12 dollars. In the case of many employees who choose to be on the books, they did not submit the proper paperwork or do their due diligence to actually make people "on the books", and in fact stole the extra money that was being paid (to be considered on the books on the government side). In my uneducated opinion, this is a form of fraud and should be fiercely investigated as this practice is still ongoing, as well us child /undocumented labor.

  Buyer Beware, this company sells refurbished & or display items at full price without notifying the consumers or advertising this in their website. I purchased an item from their website & it did not advertise refurbished or display & they had me pay full price for this item, but when I received the item I notice that one of the pins was out of ********** was an opened package, so I emailed them about this & they tried convincing me that it was a display item not refurbished which made no sense to me because why was there a pin out of place & that they were sorry for the misunderstanding, but what misunderstanding? They never specified this to me or on their website when I purchased it at full price. Then to top it off they insult me by offering me a 5% discount on a so called display item which was really a refurbished item. So I asked for a return label & a full ************* seriously have the nerve to tell me that I could get a full refund upon inspection of the item which obviously they didnt even inspect before shipping it out to me! What? Go figure right! This company is shady & very misleading & from this experience I advise everyone to stay away from this company because they will cheat you out of your hard earned money with their bad business practice. First & last time for me with them. Do not was your ************ with them, shop elsewhere where people actually value their company, reputation & most of all the consumers.

  All of our products are inspected before shipment. The box was opened because the item was on display. Unfortunately, the listing did not specify that it was used or refurbished because it was not. We offered multiple solutions to appease the misunderstanding. As a small business centered around customer service we do everything we can to help our customers.
