I will start by saying I have never written a review for a business. Our experience with Atlas was the worst we have ever dealt with. We needed two new key fobs for our car. After calling to set up an appointment, we were told we could bring in key fobs and they would program them. We made the appointment for 10AM on a Monday. After waiting for over an hour for the car to be looked at, we were told the car was unable to start. We were told we would need the car to be towed. We took the car to the Nissan dealership; it was there that we were told that the BCM was fried and it would be $1800 to fix. I called the owner of Atlas, Al, who was very understanding at first. I expressed how upsetting this was. Al told us he would work with us on the cost once the bill came in. We called countless times and FINALLY received a call back weeks later. Al suddenly changed his mind and said it was our fault for bringing “bad” keys. This company has a system that checks keys before they program them, which wasn’t done. Ultimately, Al said he would pay $255 (the cost of the tow truck) even though the bill was $1800. It has now been over 2 months that since this incident and Al refuses to return our calls and no check was ever sent. Stay far away from this business! Untrustworthy and horrible customer service.
