      Horrible customer service at their ~800~298~5018 number. Their website talks about all sorts of efforts they champion and support, but they silence you when your complaint doesn't align with their "social justice agenda." I spoke with a James, Jessy, Jerkayla, Wendy... the list goes on. One of them promised me a transcript of my telephone conversation. When that transcript never arrived in my , I wound up calling back and the agent said there was a note in the account saying that they are to inform me that they are no longer able to assist me and that the request is now NOT something they can do. This company is WAY too focused on issues that don't matter because the ones that do matter, they don't care about. I've been lied to and their response is to simply tell their call center minions that they don't want to even as much explain and apologize for the mistake of their employee telling me that I would get the transcript.

      As of this afternoon, they now just hang up when I call in. Interestingly enough, if you call from a blocked number, a message comes up saying they don't accept calls from blocked numbers. How convenient! All these protections for the righteous Unilever, but the customer has very little recourse by him/herself.

      So much for Unilever's so-called social justice efforts!

      I bought Dove love those curls leave in cream and my scalp started to burn and now my hair is falling out!!! my scalp is still burning. I did have really thick curly hair now its just falling out. I tried to reach out to them and did not receive any response. I only gave one star because that what was needed or I would not have given them any

      Magnum Ice Cream Bar- Double Chocolate Safety Issue! I was eating a Magnum ice cream double chocolate bar and found a sharp pointed wooden stick in the bar. Thankfully I was not injured but it was possible to be hurt.

      Unilever sells awful products and the customer service is unacceptable. I bought deodorant products and body wash products that gave me an awful rash. Burned my skin, swelled my underarms, welts on my body. Called them 5 or more times, they promised body wash coupons , I NEVER received them. They are compulsive liars that hide behind a computer and I will NEVER purchase any of their products again. I encourage the consumers to stop purchasing any of their products.

      My experience with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have purchased Knorr Cheddar broccoli several times before this horrific experience; I prepared the noodles for my 1 1/2 year son sat him at the dining room table went into the kitchen to get a napkin for him and when I returned was choking, trying not to panic because I suffer from anxiety disorder I attempted to help him clear his air way it was not working I opened his mouth and saw a black thread like material resting on his tongue I pulled the string and attached to the thread was a noodle, I contacted my sons PCP and was adv to bring him in I also contacted the company and advised of what all happened, I was asked to send in the noodle with the packaging it came in and upon the arrival of the packaging I mailed it out the same day I received it which was the end of May I mailed it out contacted the company to verify if it was received advised it was in their possession and they will be sending the noodle off to their lab for research. June, July went past I called the company again was advised they were still doing research. I called back in the month of August and was advised the specialist will call me back spoke the specialist and was basically advised the company does not find any fault for the incident and the thread with placed in the noodle by whomever prepared it they were willing to give me coupons and a check for $50 I was taken back I was upset I got emotional and cried because I felt like here this company goes again this is not the 1st time I had a situation with this company I have had all the skin burnt off both of my arms by a dove deodorant spray and was advised the company didn’t feel it necessary to compensate me for my pain and suffering, so missed several days of work because I couldn’t put on a shirt or lay my arms down flat I had to seek medical attention and was prescribed a perspirant blocker a Medicated roll, I thought how dare they not care I almost lost my son,
