    The worse Bank I have been dealing with in my lifetime.........over 60 years!! I am 84 y/o.They are not transparent......They don't divulge important things before you sign up. Then after they gave you some over 20 plus pages of the Rules and Regulations on the Account. Another page with more than 40 different types of Fees...When I asked for a question right after I had opened the Acct. I was told (this is incredible) to "read those pages to know the answer" and this was from the Branch Manager.......I was having problems to get online and still has not been available to put in place some of my External Accts. CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE......I HAVE TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO 'FEE' OF 100% PENALTY FOR CLOSING THE ACCOUNT (SO THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY).....OR HAVING TO WAIT 100 YEARS TO BE ABLE TO APPLY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I don't know how this Bank survives on a highly competitive BANKING business here in NY/** area. MAYBE, BY BEING SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.....
