    Unfortunately, not everyone has the same experience as others, I've been working with CR for 10 months now and I'm 2 weeks away from paying off an almost 120K debt that CR helped me with. I'm not here to tell anyone that it was all a bed of roses, we bumped heads a few times, communication with my first CSR was difficult, however as soon as I was assigned a new CSR everything began to improve. I've enjoyed my experience with CR although the first month was a little difficult. ** has helped me payoff 120K over a 10-month period I'm impressed. Yes, there were fees, but I expected nothing less for the help they provided. I'm satisfied.

    I have been dealing with Creditors Relief now for almost a year. When they first contacted me, I had a really bad feeling about their business model. On multiple occasions, I wanted to stop the process and just pay off my loans as I had promised. But I fell for their high-pressure sales tactics and, unfortunately for me, did not read every word of their agreement. They tell you to stop paying your loans. This is terrible advice as I got sued by both loan companies, one in ********, the other in *******. When the Constable arrived at my front door, I nearly threw up. Then it happened again. Every week, like clockwork though, they withdraw money from my checking account. According to my last statement, they have withdrawn $18,451.80 from my account. Of that amount, $2,250 has gone to pay off my loans, $13,689.20 has gone to "program provider fees." So, let's see, ****% of the money I have deposited has gone into their pockets. At this rate, it will take me 20 years to pay off what I owe when I could have been done in 5. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will rob you blind and not pay off your loans. And there will be nothing you can do about it.

    We have been trying to get in touch with **************** for a while now with no success. Communication is key in our program, and we ask that he responds to our attempts in order to move forward with his account and address whatever issues or concerns he might have. ************** has signed a contract with our company and every single ***** charged in fees has disclosed in the contract and discussed during enrollment. On top of that when we achieve any kind of settlement with a lender we need our clients to fully approve the settlement terms and fees in order to move forward with the deal-************** has fully approved both. Our company cannot charge any fees without disclosure and the full approval of our clients.

    By "trying to get in touch" they will call on occasion with a "Hey just checking in. Seeing how are things going." Or they respond when I send them emails voicing my concerns and frustrations. Everything they have told me has been a lie. 1) "We will improve your cash flow." Wrong. They made it worse. Instead of paying $1670 a month, I am now paying over $2200 a month with 74% going into their pockets. 2) "Your accounts will be resolved within 24 months." Wrong. Impossible according to the amount of fees I have been charged. 3) "We will have your accounts settled within a few months." Wrong. The first account took nearly 7 months to settle and the other is still not settled and it has been nearly a year. I am warning EVERYONE who thinks about getting involved with this company to stay away. "It's in the contract" they say. Have you tried to read it? It's like reading the Declaration of Independence. They prey on small business owners like me who are too busy trying to run a company then read every single word of a DocuSign agreement. Yes, I guess that is my fault that I did not have my attorney review the agreement before hand and I will forever regret that decision. When they showed me the first "settlement" I said "This is worse than the original agreement I had with them." I showed it to my attorney and he said I probably don't have a choice and I should just take it and learn from it. So, yeah, I guess I "agreed to their settlement" but it was done reluctantly and I was given no other option.I will not end here either. I am going to be posting reviews everywhere I can find. I do not want other people to make the same foolish mistake I made. I won't rest until this company has closed its doors or it has changed it's unethical business practices.
