    I'm writing this review based on my experience over the last 2 years working at aria logistics Honestly, it's been pretty disappointing. Management seems out of touch with day-to-day realities, leading to unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. There's a real lack of communication, so you're often left in the dark about important decisions.The work environment is far from ideal. There's a noticeable lack of support, and any attempts to address concerns are usually ignored. This creates a stressful atmosphere where people feel undervalued and overworked. It's a shame because the potential is there, but the current leadership is holding the company back. Also HR ***** !!! Never responds , doesnt pay you your full check always missing pay and NO RESPONSE, truck drivers are ILLEGAL running under different names for billing which needs to be under investigation by the *** using fraud socials !!! DOT IS NOT UP TO DATE !!! This company cant even pay the ********* the warehouses they rent for business. Always a blame game never resolved issues or accountability. VP IS A SCAM ALONG WITH THE CEO who only cares about her appearance and her plastic surgery rather then her hard working people who are never even told thank you for all the hard work we put in that s*** show of a company this place needs to be shut down immediately, no raises ! They do what they want with you talk behind each others backs !!! STEAL MONEY FROM THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND COMPANY DRIVERS ! Its a scam this place is horrible . If you're considering a job here, I'd strongly advise you to weigh your options carefully. The issues I've mentioned have led to high turnover and a general sense of dissatisfaction among employees. Hopefully, management will take these reviews seriously and make some much-needed changes."

    This company **** me money and they fired all the black workers and kept the **************** I really dont no what happened but Im out of a job how can I get them to pay me for the days I worked
