    On yesterdays date my office received your notice dated May 19, 2023.  As you have likely noted ************** asserted she was a client of Herbert & Weiss, Attorneys at Law, and as such, she has what is commonly referred to as an attorney client privilege and we are unable to comment regarding our relationship as well as the nature of our representation of ***************  However, I am most concerned with her allegations and remain available to discuss with her her questions as they relate to her statement, and should ************** be in an abusive situation with her husband, then she should take immediate action and protect herself.  I can tell you however that any legal advice ************** seeks to obtain I will provide once her long over due balance is paid to the firm.
