    On September 19, 2022, I used the Car ******** website to look up the record on a used car I was considering purchasing. I authorized a $1.00 charge. Unfortunately, I did not check my bank account regularly, and didn't realize that the same day, they charged me $24.99. They continued to debit, unauthorized, multiple charges of $24.99. After some time, they shifted to a different company's name, and the amount shifted to $24.95.     Nov. 13, 2022 My husband was checking VIN #s, Carvinrecord took $1.00 out of our account, but that was ALL that they should have taken out. Over the next several months they stole $240.50 from our checking account. My husband did call the company (I think in December) and was told that they would refund $48.00 back at that time, but they never refunded the money and continued to steal from us. I would like my money back. We have called numerous times but they put you on hold then hang up. Very poor business practice and I feel like this is a scam company.

    On Sept 24 I used Carvinrecords.com to look up a Vehicle VIN that I was interested in. The options were $1 for 1 VIN lookup Or $24.98 for 3 months of use. I chose option 1 for a $1 Data Records LLC has hit my account up a total of 7 times since Sept 26 for $24.98. I have called the number several times to cancel a service and for a refund. Only to be told that they can send another message electronically to billing &payments. This company has robbed me. I just wanted you to be aware of their current practices
