This is the worst property management company. Only responds to email if you copy the owner. If you ask 3 questions, you get two answered. If you ask two, you get one answered. Horrible! I don't know how they stay in business. Do nothing, not sure if they even visit our community. Rules being broken on a regular basis.

Slow, inefficient, poor commination, defensive and incompetent are a few words I would describe this property management company. They manage the community I live in. I own a single family home in this community for 3 years now. I have 2 major incidents and a few more minor issues. The first major incident is with their accounting system automatically incorrectly adding up fines on lateness with my $86 monthly *** fees. This after a year of my *** fees automatically paying direct from my bank account. They have me 3 or 4 warnings with late fees on top of that. All while I was trying to reach hold of them off this discrepancy. I got into an argument on the phone with them a couple of times and they would not accept my bank transcripts showing the payment until I forced them to look at it bc I refused to pay the accumulated late fees which were bogus. I let that go by giving them the benefit of the doubt that their system made a mistake. But little things started adding up. In the *** meetings I've noticed the owner seemed pretty shady and defensive when other home owners were complaining of poor notifications of important road maintenence and others complaining of late approvals on construction requests. They then were very slow to fix the property fencing which are still falling from multiple areas around the community. The last draw for me is my recent 1 year wait for solar panel installation approval. I understand the need to get lawyer services to construct new language in our bylaws but no communication on the length of the process or even explainable of the process. Doing my research it would be normal for the process to take 3-5 months in include into the bylaws. It took a year and counting for my approval. The by laws included it 3 months ago and they lost my original documentation after switching property managers 2x. I forced them to look for it through our email chain and they found them after 2 weeks. Insurance expired and had to be renewed. Still waiting
