      On 7/22/2023, I dropped off my vehicle at ETD discount tire center in ******** ** to get a set of tires replaced. I received a call a few hours later about some issues the mechanic was having installing the wheels back onto the car. This is when they started pushing blame away from themselves saying the last mechanic must have put anti-seize on the lug nuts. From that moment I knew they were lying because I do all of car service myself (except for changing tires). Knowing they were being dishonest I asked them to fix the the issue so I can get my car back. When I arrived to the shop and got in the car, I saw that the tires were inflated passed their safety rating (52 psi) so I advised the shop to correct it, their response was sorry maybe the mechanic didnt pay attention. When I finally drove away from this shop I noticed that something was off, the car didnt drive right. When I arrive home I check the wheels and was able to turn the lug nuts with my hand. This shop was not only dishonest but also put my safety and life in danger.
