    I am writing to formally address an issue that occurred during my visit to Lola’s Waterfront Restaurant in Hopatcong, NJ, on the evening of July 5, 2024.

    Upon my arrival, I handed my car key fob to the valet. After enjoying my dinner, I presented my valet ticket, and my car was returned to me. However, my key fob was not given back to me at that time. Once I arrived home, I realized the key fob had been severely damaged, appearing to have been run over, scratched, and dented.

    Since then, I have attempted to reach out to the restaurant to obtain contact information for the valet company. After some delay and hesitation, I finally received the information. However, despite my efforts to resolve this matter, the valet company has been uncooperative and is refusing to address or remedy the situation.

    I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I am seeking to have the cost of the damaged key fob covered, as it was clearly mishandled by the valet service. Please provide the necessary steps or insurance information required to resolve this matter.
