    On March 2024 Marvin replaced windows and screens in our home. The screens locking pins are faulty making it impossible to remove the screens in order to wash them. Marvins attempts to solve the problem did not work. We were told that Marvin is aware of this problem and working on a solution. In the mean team we would like to be reimbursed for the screens.

    On Wednesday, February 5th, Mr. ****** and Marvin Replacement agreed to a settlement. Marvin Replacement agreed to deliver and install (9) half screens to satisfy Mr. ******** issue of a defective product. Mr. ****** will receive these screens at no cost, and he is satisfied with our resolution. This matter is considered closed by both Mr. ****** and Marvin Replacement.
