    My dog was kept at this groomer for 4 hours and 20 minutes (she had an 12 noon appt). After 2hours I inquired as to how long it would take and they told me another 40mins. They said my dog was a lot of work. This confused me because she was there once before and it only took them 90 mins to groom her. I left and went back at 3pm because I had still not received a call that she was ready. At this time the owner was there talking with another client and I peeked in to see that my cockapoo, ******, was still not done. At this time the owner proceeded to tell me that another dog was taken before mine and that is why it was taking so long and that she should have called me but didnt to let me know. I said yes she should have. I dont know what they did to my dog while she was there not getting groomed but she came out shaved horribly and very distraught. The groomer did not do what I asked and just shaved her because that was easier for her. My dog did not eat for a whole day and was not herself, I fear she was violated by a male dog there and she is not fixed yet. I have left several messages for the owner and they have yet to call me back. I did not realize how badly she was groomed in detail until I got her home on Saturday and I am fighting the charges to my credit card. This place is so poorly run and they truly do not care about the animals just want to make a buck. At the time I paid for the service but after realizing how traumatized my dog was i believe I should not have to pay them for that. I should have paid attention to the reviews as some of them are so bad.
