    Record plays well, seemed like a great idea to design my own cover, but the MATERIAL of the album cover is SO FLIMSY, it cannot hold its own shape and flops over like wet tissue paper. HORRIBLE QUALITY for the high cost! I contacted the company and their response was "Our team has responded to your ticket. Sadly there is nothing that can be done at this time because that is the material we use for the album cover. Regards." What a joke! DO NOT give them your business - plenty of other companies doing the same thing out there!

    I am having the same problems regarding communication with INTHECLOUDS that are mentioned below. No one has ever responded to my emails. I received a system-generated email on January 3 that my order has shipped but despite having a tracking number, **** has not received it. It would be normal to speak with someone there to get it resolved however I cannot find a phone number or an email other than the customer support address. Does anyone have a phone number for the company?

    If there were less than 0 stars I would use this rating scale. I ordered on 10/5 and have only received one update (basically they told me it takes 6-8 weeks). So, I waited, and waited and waited. I emailed, I chatted (does not work), I looked of a customer service number......nothing. And it is now 12/4 and I have heard nothing. I have spent $100's of dollars just to have absolutely nothing for Christmas. I even tried 6 emails with changes to tracks and artwork, nothing, nothing, nothing. Any company who care at all would have at least mass emailed those of us with orders if there were delays. Seems like they took the money and ran.

    My order of 10 7" vinyl records took SIX MONTHS to receive. When I got them (after much emailing and apologies from staff) they were really nicely done however I ordered and paid for a Slipmat also and NEVER GOT IT. If you need something done quickly or for a specific event, give yourself A LOT of extra time or find another alternative.

    I placed my order on July 17 and as of October 11 I stopped receiving emails from them about my order that was supposed to ship August 28. I have somehow been waiting for an agent on their customer support service for 3 days but it doesn't help anyways because the only response I've received was that someone will update the production team. One person named *** told me it was completed on September 13th but the automated email responses are not helpful in finding out where my order is. I don't mind the wait as I see people have received their packages, it's just the complete lack of communication from this company. Will update my review after I receive my order.

    I ordered three CDs from this company on June 26, costing me $55. It is now August 4th and I have heard nothing from this company since the confirmation email I received the night I placed the order. They let you know that it could take up to 4 weeks to receive the order, whatever, Im patient but I reach out, just to check on the status. I email them, I use the contact button on their website TWICE, I even messaged them on Instagram, nothing. I dont know if this is common for them, but this is my experience. Ridiculous.

    I've had nothing but great experiences with intheclouds. I've ordered four custom vinyls from them and have a fifth on order right now, and I've been very impressed with them. The sound quality and the print quality are amazing. The outer sleeve for the vinyl is a bit flimsy, but it's nothing that ****** me from ordering with them. Their team is also incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions I've had, ex. I wanted to cancel an order as the artist recently announced a proper vinyl release in August and they were more than happy to get that cancelled for me. Intheclouds can't be beat for their price point, quality, and ease of use for the website. Again, I've had nothing but great experiences with them and plan on ordering more vinyl with them throughout the year.
