    *** spent over a year and a half with a squealing noise from the front end of my vehicle. After spending well over $3,000 dollars my last visit well definitely be my LAST! The representative ***** had a very rude and disgusting attitude. Ive never had a problem with anyone raising their voice towards me with any other representative at this establishment which is why I continued to go back and trust their advice, but I will never pay my hard earned money to be talked to like an animal in someones way.When it was all said and done, ***** realizing that my complaint was valid and there was indeed an issue with my vehicle by word of a nice mechanic named ********************** later had a change in his tone and tried to make small talk with me(damage control). The most awkward part of it all is that ***( the Manager) was present the entire time and didnt intervene. Women please beware of these vicious men behind counters, they are there to deter you from making them honor the warranties and guarantees that the establishment claims they commit to.

    They kept me coming back for service that should have done when they had the vehicle charging me over $1500 dollars. Also, once I left and got home there was a dent in my front bumper.
