      I've been with the company since 2016 & each point of contact, email, calls, have all been promptly answered. I keep my device clean from any dust along with my modem etc. I enjoy my time/service and surveys with no issues with redemption.

      Failure to respond to requests to return unused meter. I've contacted this company several times to return their meter that I'm choosing not to participate in after being sent it. D.R, has not after a month sent any return envelopes as stated in my email. First, they said they were behind, however after contacting them multiple times way after, i still haven't received anything going on two months.

If you would like to email in your address to be sure our records are up to date, please send your address to ************************************************************ The return mailer should be mailed to you about 90 days after you were resigned.
