      Avoid ************ Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Dangerous Practices I hired this company for what I assumed would be a simple, seamless oil tank removal for a small residential tank in ***********. However, this turned into a costly nightmare that compromised the safety of my home and my finances.From the start, the company made promises of a fixed rate, only to later reveal hidden fees for each visit and truckload. They conveniently omitted this in their sales pitch, and the costs spiraled out of control, turning what should have been an affordable job into an outrageous bill. Worse yet, they didnt even handle the job directly; testing and sampling were outsourced to other companies, showing they were neither equipped nor prepared for the work.Their reckless actions went beyond financial damage. By removing too much soil, they compromised the foundation of my home, putting my family and property in danger. When I tried to address these concerns with the manager, *****, and another representative, ****, they were unresponsive and rude, even going so far as to curse at me for asking ************ the end, this company cost me tens of thousands more than anticipated and left me with lasting damage. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Their practices are immoral, unethical, and downright dangerous. Save yourself the money, frustration, and potential harmstay away from this company!

      ERC was hired to remove an old septic tank from the backyard of a home we just bought. Originally they were in contact with the seller of the property who gave me the permission to speak with them about the work after it was completed. Their proposal states twice that the site will be brought back to ORIGINAL grade using fill after excavation. They removed the tank and left the area lower in grade than before creating a depression and when I called to ask them to restore my yard to original grade (took 3 calls) they stated that they only bring it to rough grade and a landscaper will need to finish the rest and bring in more dirt. So instead of just visiting the site to look at the area and see the issue, they wanted more money to bring more dirt there. I'm very disappointed with the company and their quality of service. I would stay away from them and hire someone else.
