    This person assured me to be professional and trustworthy doing my taxes. I now have $10k missing and the tax payer is nowhere to be found. *** called his office on multiple occasions and his secretary states he is never in the office.

    WE FILED CLIENTS TAXES, IRS HAS MADE HER DEPOSIT TO THE PREVIOUS ACCOUNT ON FILE. IRS MADE THE DEPOSIT ON 2/23/23. HER ******** REFUND WAS DEPOSITED ON 3/27/23. WE HAVE ADVISED CLIENT TO CONTACT IRS SO THEY CAN RE-DIRECT HER FUNDS VIA CHECK. ONCE WE TRANSMIT TAX RETURNS WE HAVE NO WAY ON MAKING FURTHER CHANGES WHEN IT COMES TO THE DIRECT DEPOSIT. WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ASSIST CLIENT BUT SHE HAS TO PROVIDE A POWER OF ATTORNEY. LET IT BE CLEAR WE DO NOT HAVE CLIENTS MISSING $10K AS SHE CLAIMS. HER TOTAL TAX REFUNDS ADD UP TO $8,452 THANK YOU

    I have reached out to the *** several times about my continuous issues as they also advise me to reach out to the tax payer who has not shown face for his error. I am currently having the *** investigate where the funds have gone to as they were sent o a complete different account provided. The tax payer has not provided any information and the *** it is within my right to inquire about my missing funds. The *** is stating that he needs to figure it out on their end.
