      My husband and I have been trying to contact this company for days through the toll free number and their website. There is no response to our numerous telephone calls but it says leave a message which we have done several times. We also went to their website and requested the missing remote control for the Land Rover Range Rover Velar we purchased in December of 2024 for our grandson for Christmas. The car was purchased at the Shoprite at *********************************** for $179. We received a reply to our website inquiry on December 30, 2024 that says "Thank you for reaching out to TDC USA *** via our online portal. Your Service Inquiry has been received. Please monitor your inbox for a follow-up from our support team. Replies to this e-mail address will not be received." The booklet we received with the car says 'STOP, Please Do Not Return This Product To The Store" and to contact them for assistance. ?????? Very confused as to why a company says contact them but then doesn't answer the phone or sends us an email we can't respond to? What is going on with this company? We are requesting they send a remote control to us.

      Regarding case # ********, Ms. *** ***** initial attempts to reach us via phone occurred during the recent holiday season, when staff wasnt always readily available. Ms. *** ***** call was returned earlier in the week and at that time, a voice message was left. Ive since replied to Ms. *** Sennos emails, and her concerns have been addressed that way. As of today, 1/9/2025, Ms. *** ***** has been advised that the reference a remote control on the products packaging was there in error, and that the product does not include a remote or the receiver inside the vehicle body to receive a signal from a remote. I extended my apologizes on behalf of the company to Ms. *** ***** for the misprint and for the confusion caused. The email exchange ended with her acknowledgement that the product does not include a remote.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business said they left a voicemail but neither me nor my husband received a voicemail. I am not satisfied with the response that there was an error (misprint) on the box. This misprint led us to believe the car had parental remote controls which it does not. I am glad they acknowledged the error but not satisfied with the outcome. I bought this car early December for $179 as a Christmas gift for our 2 year old grandson and don't know if ShopRite will accept the return.

      I purchased a Belavi 3 tier Urn Planter for my back patio. The box was original and sealed. Upon opening the box it was obvious the base was missing. This is referred to as item #1 in their box photo. Product code ****** Model number ********. I called the 1 800 number at 9:30 am EST, and I am first in line, wait time is one minute. Ten minutes later, I'm still waiting. Crazy!I just wanted to give someone my address so they could send me the missing part.

      Our notes for ************ indicate two attempts were made to reach him by phone Tuesday morning on August 8th, with our second attempt leaving a voice message on how to reach us. We have not heard back from ************ since and in turn, have not updated the status of this case.

      Since we have not heard back, Ill see to providing the part needed as a onetime courtesy without a receipt which validates the 1-year limited warranty. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase and ends at the same time the following year. A warranty period is not based on when the product was produced, when it was available in stores, or on a bank statement since a bank statement doesnt show what was purchased. Without a receipt and purchase date, we do not know when the period begins and ends, i.e., the onetime courtesy due to this. The part needed will be shipped to the address provided in this case.

      I purchased the pergola from Aldi. As I was assembling there is one missing part. The phone number listed is automated and disconnects. I just want the one part I need to finish putting my pergola together. They direct you to sales. I am not purchasing something that should have been in the TWO boxes it came in! There paper inside said call a number and leave a message.... there isn't a way to leave a message! Useless. Totally useless! The number below is the number I have called. You don't have an option of speaking to a person!!!

      I just completed a review of the letter for ************************. Unfortunately, there is no option to leave a message and the phone will automatically disconnect since it informs everyone to go on to the website to file a warranty claim. I checked in our system and she had emailed us in reference to this matter on August 16, 2022. She had emailed the parts department in error (that is why she was provided with a shipping quote) instead of filing a warranty claim form and was informed to provide a receipt since it was a warranty claim for a missing part. We were awaiting on the copy of the receipt and her reference number is ***** to mail out the part to her. I have also emailed her to provide a copy of the receipt to assist her with mailing out the part to her.
