    the family running uniformalwearhouse.com, nethats.com, and buyablazer.com has a long-standing history of shoddy workmanship and poor customer service, dating all the way back to ******* in *******, and family members and acqaintances pad reviews for all their 'brands' across various platforms in order to give the businesses some semblance of mediocre reputation.this business with archaic business practices clearly entered a different shipping information than i had provided when placing my order, and is continuing to refuse my refund of the $10.05 i paid them for shipping fees. this business is shirking accountability for its inferior technology and human error, and is passing on the cost to the people it fraudulently lures in as customers. it takes them half a day to send a simple *order confirmation* (in 2023!!)--though that's at least better than the **** it takes them to otherwise communicate, especially when they make errors. errors happen, i get it; but take accountability and don't take money and time from the people who expect common decency, if not a couple a shirts.reorient your profits toward technology as opposed to scamming money from your customers.AVOID

    I'm a costumer for a local theatre and frequently have to find large quantities of matching tuxedos, jackets, etc... Which can be a pain to find in the sizes needed. I've now used Uniformalwearhouse.com twice and I'm really happy with their service and products. The jackets I've ordered have all been great, especially for the price! And on my last order I was having trouble with my card not working (processing company didn't like that Its a PO Box address). And the lady in customer service was a great help. She had my order pulled and ready to go and then manually ran my card so that it would process correctly. And my order arrived quickly. I will definitely be seeing them first for my future orders! Thanks!
