  I paid the driver the amount requested at the conclusion of the move. Two days later I received an email stating there was an error in my bill and I owed an additional $197.

  Good Morning *****, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the crew did only charge your for 1.5 hours when in reality they did work for **** hours. So there was a balance due after your move was completed. We tried reaching out to you via phone two times immediately following your move but we were unable to reach you. We understand and apologize for the billing error. Thank you for settling up the balance with us right away. We will work to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Have a great day!

  I moved from ********, ** to ************** February 10, 2023, and I want to say what a terrific job they did. The movers were very curious and careful with my furniture and nothing was damaged. Their price was very reasonable and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!*******************************

  MOVERS BEWARE. I am a small business owner and would never seek to paint any business in a negative light as I understand the impact it could have. That said, I cannot justify not writing this review. My husband and I used Two Men and a Truck a few years ago for a move and had a positive experience, so I was happy to recommend them to my mom when she was vetting companies for my grandmothers move to assisted living in December (the only move she would ever embark on alone since my grandfathers death). The entire concept of this move was tumultuous for my grandmother, so the least I could do was facilitate a recommendation for a company to handle the process of the move itself. If only I could turn back time. The amount of damage incurred (including to the bedroom set my grandma purchased with my grandfather over 70 years ago following their marriage, which was kept in pristine condition for more than seven decades) was a disgrace. To make matters worse, my mother who supervised the move walked in on one of the movers attempting to use a wood marker to cover up dings and bangs on pieces of my grandmothers furniture upon arrival to her new location. When confronted, the movers blamed one individual, who they claimed was new, for all of the damage and instructed my mother to file a claim. The aforementioned damage does not include her *************** (no sentimental value, but great familiarity for a woman **** years old) which arrived with a smash on the screen (rending it useless) the size of a softball, as well as dings, dents, scratches and gashes to almost every piece of her furniture. I dealt with the company directly to file a claim and, while my grandmother was reimbursed a fraction of the cost of the move after assessment, the damage done was beyond repair, if not from a monetary one than from a sentimental one. I will regret my recommendation forever. RUN dont walk in the opposite direction of Two Men and a Truck.
