**************************, and **** from Monroe Movers exceeded expectations from start to finish. *********'s quoted ***** was accurate, despite my adjustments to the items being moved and additional help needed around the house. Their dedication to getting things done properly was remarkable. In summary: punctual, tidy, polite, and highly professional. If I ever had to move again, Monroe Movers would unquestionably be my first and only choice. We had a great moving experience. It started right from the first call and let me tell you not all the calls I made went the same. Using movers was a first time experience for us and theres so much we didnt know. Monroe Moving was very professional in walking us throuh all the details. ********** were so kind, patient, informative, professional and most importantly very careful. This is absolutely who you want handling your move. Amazing staff!! I had 2 apartments moving into 1 House with stairs and hills at every stop. The 5 incredible employees that showed up were amazingly professional. Not so much as a single grumble. Very respectful both of the properties and of us as a clients. Monroe Moving and the team led by ******* are hands down the BEST! Not only are they professional but they took extra special care of my parents belongings. Our move today was a very big one. The gentleman from this company were very respectful and knowledgeable. They wrapped all our things so carefully. Not one thing scratched , even the walls were clean. Beds put together,, all garbage removed and my house looks beautiful!! I highly recommend this moving company! ******* and his team were absolutely amazing. They were so fast and even worked extra hard to go as fast as possible to save ** money- and finished faster than expected and gave me BACK some of my money! who does that?? ******* does that. I'm so grateful for their amazing service and the care they took with our things. They were willing to help with anything! I can't recommend them enough. I'd give 20 stars if I could!
