    BUYER BEWARE!! My husband and I purchased a ritz ****** and box spring. Once it arrived 6 weeks later it was extremely***** FIRM not comfortable at all. Nothing like we hoped it would be especially for the price. Felt like we were sleeping on a wooden table. No reason why you should have to add a feather topper to it to make it that more comfortable when you spend almost 4k (they told us to add a topper and give it 30 days ) there is no way we could sleep on that bed for 30 days to break it in ****** sleeps couldnt make that bed broken in & comfortable. OH AND THEY WONT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!

    I purchased a so-called Ritz-Carlton pillow for $100. This pillow was absolutely not an authentic ********************* pillow!! The $5 generic pillow from ******* is of higher quality and offers more support. They do not provide any help with return shipping costs **** Ground was $42!!). I should have been skeptical when ********-Carlton Shops website does not allow its customers to leave product reviews. Now I know why.
