Cedarcrest Management handles my apartment complex. During a roof repair project, a rafter split in the attic of my unit, and one of the cross supports that was attached to it fell. I reached out to the management company immediately; an email was sent to their sub-contractor to which I was CC'd to set up a site inspection. I was told the issue could be resolved "most likely" during this inspection. This email was sent on 2/28 and as of today 3/13 this issue has still NOT been resolved. I have tried to contact the Management company each day. Calling **** ******* and leaving messages. I have followed up with the roofing company but was told they needed directive from the management company. I still have not heard back from the management company, and I'm very worried about the safety of my unit. It's as though this issue means nothing to the management company ... Nobody has called me to keep me updated, returned my calls .It's not a good feeling to have a management company take 0 interest in offering support through communication or through NO effort to drive a solution and one within a reasonable time

I investigated the situation, and it seems to be mis-communication and internal communications which slipped through the cracks. I discussed with **** and his Property Director ***** who is the Property Manager for ***************** about this situation and instructed them to resolve it as soon as possible. Both **** and ***** called and spoke with Mr. ****** today, apologized and scheduled the roofing contractor to visit his unit **** to inspect and make the required repairs.

On 10/15/2024 I awoke to a great deal of noise only to find it was a tow truck getting ready to tow my car, The driveway was to be paved. Problem is I was never notified of this and I have always been notified previously.I was also not notified by Cedarcrest about 3 subsequent notices regarding the parking situation during paving. I ran out to my car yelling to stop and they proceeded to hook up my car seconds before I got to the car, Then I'm told that there will be a 95 dollar drop fee cash. They heard me yelling and saw me coming and could have ceased ,not to mention my door is about 30 feet from them and the manager approving all of this **** ******* could have easily knocked on my door. He insisted I was notified yet I haven't gotten subsequent notifications either I believe this was an illegal tow, Im seeking ***** and a commitment from the management company to inform me of all future notices to tenants. If in fact the management company has changed the policy of informing tenants then they haven't notified me of that either.Cedarcrest has made no attempt rectify contact information problems

    Good Morning,

**** ***** is a tenant residing at ********************************************************** we are the Property Managers for the property. We are doing our job managing the Association, we had a property wide milling and paving project and provided proper notification to ********************* the Unit Owner. Please be advised a tenant information form has never been submitted to Management for Mr. ****** providing his contact information or vehicle make/license plate number which is required.

**** ***** is a tenant that a tenant information form has never been submitted for. It has been heavily stressed by the Board at ******* Courts that Management is only allowed to communicate with Homeowners. As stated in the Rules and Regs, Homeowners are responsible for notifying tenants of anything regarding the property.

As a courtesy, we did notify tenants about the parking lot paving, considering they are the ones parked there. Due to no information forms being submitted, **** ***** was not entered into the messaging service(VOLO),when I updated it.

I can provide the multiple communications sent to the community, Unit Owners and Tenants, if necessary.

I am rejecting this response because:

At no time was I informed of a change in management company.

at no time was I requested contact information.Even As yet.

What exactly are they managing? Who are they serving if not tenants and owners?

The fact that other tenants were contacted does not change the fact I was not.

How was I able to provide unrequited information?

    Regards,

    **** *****
