    My son applied for an apartment at ************************* Loft on April 16, 2023. The following morning, ******** called him and said she said he was all set and could move in on April 21, 2023. He gladly accepted and said that all sounded great. Hours later, ******** called and said there was a "glitch" in the system and that someone had applied before he did and that the apartment was going to that individual. We contested that her verbal confirmation that he could move in was unfair. After all, we are talking about someone's place to live. We then spoke to *********************. We asked if they could lower the price of another unit since the error was on their part and not on ours. He adamantly stated that the computer controls the prices and they will not make any adjustments in price. I explained that our son was verbally told that the apartment was his and then hours later that was recanted because of an issue on their end. This is unethical and poor business practice. We consider this matter unresolved and are very unhappy with the poor customer service.
