I bought a receiver online at gunbroker.com and sent it to mikes gun shop. **** then informed me that he doesnt take gunbroker invoices and we wont release the receiver to me, even after passing all necessary background checks and submitting paperwork. I called every FFL (other gun shops) in the area and they all informed me that that is ridiculous that someone doesnt accept an invoice from the largest firearm selling website in the world, and of course they would. I paid for and sent a shipping label to Mikes for him to send the receiver to another FFL so that I can execute the transaction. He replied Only place it will move to is to you with correct paper work, or returned to shipper. If he sends the correct document , then u can pick it up or I can ship it anyplace you want.I then contacted the seller from gunbroker.com who happens to be the largest AERO dealer in all of the *** - he as well spoke to how ridiculous this was and he had never heard of such a thing. He then went and created another invoice via Quickbooks with all of the sellers necessary business information, the serial number - everything **** asked for. **** upon receipt of this said it looks like a 6 year old made this, Im not taking it. It has been 4 months since the beginning of me trying to obtain a simple receiver. He said come over with $40 bucks and h*** ship it back to the seller or else I wont see it again. This is not only a direct violation of the 2nd amendment, but at this point it seems that he is trying to steal my property and strong arm me because he think hes a big tough guy who can tell anyone what to do. I want the product that I paid for and that I passed the necessary background checks for. This guy really should not hold an FFL - even on ****** reviews all online reviews there are similar interactions with people when going to this business and being racially discriminated against. My rights are now being violated and my property is being stolen.
