      This company charged us hundreds and never showed up to spray our yard for mosquitos. When I called to ask why they had not come, they lied and said that they did. I have cameras on my property and when I told them that they definitely never showed up and I have proof, then they backpedaled said it was an error and they couldnt service our property because of rain. Never notified us, never refunded us for the month they failed to provide service - but happy to quietly take our money!!! This was their second chance after doing the same thing (failing to show up) in the past. I want the owner to know how ***** and ***** are treating his clients and that his workers are illegally charging for no services rendered.

      Please be advised that ***** from my office has make me aware of Mrs. ********* experience with my staff this morning.

      A review of the records does indicate that if fact the May 2025 service had not been completed as scheduled due to rain. Furthermore ****** did mistakenly advise that the services were completed when she misread the service code in our system which again was her own human error which she does feel bad about. It should be noted that ****** has been with our company for more then 21 years now and rarely makes mistakes which are never intentional.

      It is my understanding that ***** (from my office) did offer any resolution that Mrs. ********* would be satisfied with however one couldn't be agreed upon.

      I do understand Mrs. ********* frustration and disappointment and I am truly sorry that we were unable to complete her services in May. 

      As result and per Mrs. ********** request, we are in the process of refunding all of the program fee's paid already for this year.

      Lastly, as a gesture of goodwill I would like to offer a continuation of the same service program from now through December 31, 2025 at absolutely no charge or obligation.

      Should this be of any interest to Mrs. ********** I would ask that she reach out to me personally to arrange.
