      I ordered a product that was in stock on Tuesday May 9. I told them I need the order by Friday May 12 or Saturday May 13 the latest if its possible. They checked with the warehouse and told me its possible in charged me $1000 for a chandelier. When I called back Thursday to the ********** store of gallery home lighting, the manager picked up and told me ***** the sales agent that sold me the product wasnt available and she put me on hold and told me that the product wouldnt even be shipped out until next week Wednesday May 17. She was like I dont care what ***** said youre not getting the product no time this week. If you want your refund Ill give you a refund or else we cant help you and it was completely rude and unprofessional. I called back Friday to speak to ***** and the same woman put me on hold for ***************************************************************** on for another hour before I hung up, she told me ***** was on the phone and for me to wait. Tuesday May 16th I called again and I spoke to ***** and she said she spoke to the warehouse and they had a assured her that they would mail it out and told me she wasnt even in the office last week Friday so basically the manager was just being an unprofessional and putting me on hold. I looked at the reviews and they have all one star reviews so Im guessing the lie to people all the time just to make orders. Ownership should really look into this and do something about it but they probably wont because all they care about is money.
