  I recently visited Tire Farm on a Friday to purchase a pair of tires for my vehicle, I asked for the new tires to be installed on the front of the vehicle and my tires on the front (purchased in 2020) be rotated to the rear. They installed my new tires on the rear . When I went back on Monday (they're closed on wknds) they moved my new tires to the front and reinstalled my original tires (2015) on the rear. Where did my ********** go? They probably sold them as good used tires. They also never balanced my new tires. They install in an old chicken coop and you wait across the parking lot in an old chicken coop. The Friday I went there it was pouring rain so I couldn't inspect my tires. Beware don't trust them.

  We are very sorry you had a bad experience. We do recall the customer coming in to get 2 tires. Unfortunately, both the husband and wife disagreed with which tires they wanted to be place (front or rear). We gave them the recommendation to replace the older tires which were on the rear. Unfortunately, it was insisted upon us to replace the front tires which we did so. Their old tires were discarded. The customer then came back (I am not sure how long afterwards) upset wanting their discarded tires. Unfortunately, the old tires were already sent off for recycling (this gets done every 1-2 weeks). We understood their frustration and offered to give them 2 used tires (likely a similar tread depth as their 2-3 year old tires) for free! They refused. We try our best to have customers leave satisfied.We would still offer them 2 used tires for free should they choose (given the availability).

  #1 My wife and I never disagreed on where the new tires should go. She never disagrees with me on the maintenance of our vehicles. I clearly stated to the salesperson as well as the technician as to where the new tires should be installed.#2 The new tires were installed on the rear! It was pouring rain when our car was pulled out of the shop, this was on a Friday. We noticed over the weekend (which shop is closed) and returned on Monday to have this corrected. The set off tires offered to me weren't a matched set. I would have had 3 different brands of tires on my vehicle. The sales person and the tech both stated that this was an Honest mistake. I will never return or recommend this business to anyone.
