    "We make life better for seniors and their families!" is what it says on their website. Our dad is 81 and has dementia. Our experience with the owner, *********************************, is anything but making life better for our dad. She was court ordered to speak to all 5 children to gain insight and suggestions from ALL of his children and yet, to date, she is controlled by 1 daughter (who hired her). ***** has no compassion or respect for the feelings of the other family members. ***** does not possess the ability to stay neutral and will quickly remove a family member from her update emails if she feels offended by your words. She researches nothing in the best interest of our dad. He currently experiences pain from frequent constipation. ***** was in full agreement to start him on morphine for the pain rather than to look into the foods they are feeding him. Constipation, by the way, is a side effect of morphine. Our family finds ***** to be uncaring, unconnected and never takes the time to verify information that she emails to the family. I would NOT recommend working with ***** or her firm. In my opinion working for my dad is merely a paycheck to *****. She truly is in the wrong business.
