    Was sent here by my dentist for a root canal, first time here filled out appropriate paper work,provided name of my dental insurance, spelled out in caps, very obvious.after first treatment was told that my total bill would be almost 2k, half of that expected now AND that they would file a claim to insurance company and would receive any compensation.2 weeks later went for final treatment and upon completion was asked for remainder of payment,and same spiel about compensation to which I inquired I haven't heard or received anything from first visit she replied with "it's takes a while".2 more weeks have past so I went online to my insurance, Delta Dental, and checked claims,found no claims submitted by this group, talked to a rep who then informed me they are not "In Network, they should have informed you of this"They did NOT!I then called the endo group and was told they can't be responsible if I mis-understood,I told them it's NOT a question of mis-understanding, BUT they should have stated up front after seeing my paper work that they do NOT honor Delta Dental.If she had said that up front I would have walked out and gone to an In-Network group.I consider them an UN-reputable organization.
