    My name is ****************************** phone number is **********.My agreement number is 0898207238.I signed up to join the Retro Fitness in Flemington ** on 9/5/23. Two days later, I was charged the enrollment fee, first months dues, and sales tax which came to $76.76. On the 6th of each month, I was charged the monthly dues of $24.51. On 10/21/23, I was charged $49.00 the Retro Annual Rate Guarantee Fee. However, on December 14, 2023 my home gym location (the only location I signed up to attend) was closed without any warning or communication on Retros behalf. To say I am frustrated and unsatisfied is a gross understatement. I would like to be refunded $49.00 for the Annual Rate Guarantee Fee and I want my enrollment fee to be prorated, therefore giving me 75% of my enrollment fee back.If I had known the gym was going to close 3 months after signing up, I would have NEVER paid $125.76 plus $24.51 each month after that!Please refund my credit card for a total of $87 ($49.00 for the annual rate guarantee fee and $38 of the enrollment fee because I was only able to attend this gym for three months before it shut down).I drove to the physical location and the doors are locked and its empty. I called and the phone doesnt ring. I called ************* Solutions and they informed me that Flemington Retro ordered *** to not issue refunds for this site. Please help me get my money back. Retro Fitness is committing fraud via ************* Solutions. Thank you.
