    On 10/27/2022 my computer was making a loud noise like a warning. I was told not to shut it off and call Microsoft at Micro Digital Solutions. They stopped the noise and took over the computer remotely and said they cleared out all of the viruses and bots that were causing the problem. I agreed to pay them 299.00 for a 3 year contract to continue to keep the computer free of problems. The receipt said this was a one time fee and it would not be automatically renewed. I have gotten several phone calls to my land line at ************ in the past 6 months saying I should renew. Today I had a call from Jerry at ************ with a voice mail saying my contract had expired and I would be charged 1000.00 if I did not call them back. I just want these phone calls to stop and I don't feel safe calling the number back. The receipt lists them at Micro Digital Solution LLC and there is a email of ********************************* The original person I talked to was Mark S**** phone ************* I think this was a scam and just want the phone calls to stop. Not sure who to contact regarding this.

    Micro Global Solutions contacted ************************* saying that her computer was not protected and they would fix a virus. She said they charged her $199.95 and would send someone out. ***************, who is 89 years young, only uses the laptop to play solitaire. *********************, POA, contacted Micro Global Solutions, requesting her money be refunded, as she didn't know what it was for. We investigated her computer as ****, from MGS, said she searched them online. I emailed him on August 15, 2022, requesting the return of the full amount. I would give them until Friday, August 20, 2022, to respond. All I got was an email that said Thanks for the update. He had originally agreed to refund her $89.00 during the first phone call, but as of this morning, August 22, we have not received that. I, ********************* am filing this complaint on behalf of *************************. I have her ***** of *********
