    Dear ************,My wife and I engaged ******************************* of Pleasant Barn Road interior design (4 Pleasant Run Road, **********, ** 08822; 646-901-2021) for window treatments in our home. The project was completed to the point of placing an order with The Shade Store for the manufacture and installation of the treatments. This was to occur in two phases. Payment was made in October 2022 to Pleasant Barn Road for each phase. To date only the first phase has been completed.The second phase, for which we paid Pleasant Barn Road $19,282.12 on November 1, 2022, remains uncompleted. Additionally, The Shade Store has not received the money from Pleasant Barn Road to manufacture the treatments.We have made dozens of phone calls and sent dozens of emails attempting to find out the status of our project or have our money returned. Neither ********************* nor any of her assistants at Pleasant Barn Road have responded.Please contact me if you require addition information about this report.Best regards,*******************
