    They cancelled my subscription without even contacting me. Calling them, they say I needed to renew. Nothing was ever said to me about renewing, and they took my money for two years, and I only logged on 3 or 4 times a year, and they can look it up. I don't consider them very professional in dealing with long term supporters. Not one single email asking me to renew. So when I tried to get a recipe, it said I was no longer a member. I personally think their actions towards me, a long term subscriber was inconsiderate and rude. I never got my money's worth because I only logged on a few times. Not their fault I didn't log on often, but they took my money each month without fail until they cancelled me with no notice or reaching out to me at all. Inconveniencing to when I could not get the recipe that I wanted. I thought I was covered by subscribing, but they cancelled me a couple of months ago with no notice. I was surprised when I tried to access their site.This is a true post of my own personal experience.

Emails were sent the last week in December, 2023.
